Neonatal NP/PA Opportunity – Level III NICU | Central Valley, CA
Location: Near Madera, CA (No locals within 100 miles)
Start Date: October 1, 2025
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Days, Nights, or Rotating | 12–14 shifts/month preferred
Shift Times: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Setting: 3 local hospitals, majority of coverage at main Level III NICU site
Position Highlights:
- High acuity NICU care – must have 1+ year Level III NICU experience (Level IV preferred)
- Hands-on procedures: intubation, chest tubes, UA/UV lines, resuscitation
- Independent providers preferred
- No call required
Requirements:
- NP or PA with NICU experience
- Open to non-CA licensed candidates (CA license preferred)
- Willing to license for the right candidate
- Quick interviews with NICU Director
- Credentialing: approximately 60 days; temporary privileges under consideration
