Step into a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner position in Fort Myers, Florida, where high-level care meets beachside balance. 🌟 Position Highlights:

State-of-the-art Level III NICU with 70 beds and full subspecialty support (except ECMO/cardiac surgery)

Two-hospital system with 7,000+ deliveries annually

NNPs cover Level III NICU and Level I nursery (well-baby care)

Team-based model: 10 neonatologists + 10 NNPs
-
In-house shifts (12 hours standard; 24-hour options based on experience)

156 clinical hours/month (1,872 annually)

In-house call for Level III, home back-up for Level I
-
Emphasis on family-centered care, QI initiatives, and ongoing professional education

New grads welcome (with tuition support!)
🩺 Who We're Looking For:

NNP Board Certified – FNP/PNP not eligible

Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing – required

2+ years of NNP experience – preferred (exceptional new grads considered)

Active Florida license or willingness to obtain

Must live in or relocate to the Fort Myers area — this is not a commuter role

Open to J1 and H1B visa candidates
