Why You’ll Love This Role:

Collaborate with 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers in a 72-bed Level III NICU with a bustling daily census of 60 patients

Manage complex, critical neonatal cases including Extremely Low Birth Weight (ELBW) infants
-
Work with advanced neonatal therapies like ECMO, jet & oscillatory ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), and whole-body cooling for HIE
-
Participate in neonatal resuscitation and transport teams, partnering with top pediatric subspecialists including cardiovascular surgery

Deliver care within a full pediatric ecosystem including PICU, CVICU, and pediatric ER
-
Thrive in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment focused on improving outcomes and quality of life for our tiniest patients
What You Bring:

Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) – required

Nevada license or willingness to obtain

Strong clinical skills and commitment to excellence in neonatal care

Clean malpractice and license history preferred
