Job Title: Locum Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology
Summary:
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a renowned healthcare facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. This role involves working night shifts in a bustling Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), focused on delivering excellent care to our tiniest patients. The position requires proficiency in both air and ground transports to ensure timely access to critical care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care in a Level 3 NICU setting.
- Perform critical procedures including intubation, central line placement, and peripheral arterial lines.
- Attend high-risk deliveries and manage emergency situations.
- Facilitate both ground and air transports for neonates.
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team to ensure quality care.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified – REQUIRED
- State License – REQUIRED (Candidates willing to obtain license are welcome)
- Must possess a current DEA and NRP certification – REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice history preferred
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner License in North Dakota
- DEA registration
- NRP Certification
