  • Manage an estimated 1,700 NICU admissions annually, supporting over 10,000 births per year.
  • Perform advanced neonatal procedures including high-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillator), inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy, and total body cooling for hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).
  • Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization protocols to ensure continuity of care during transfers.
  • Collaborate closely with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Rotate across multiple facilities and shifts, contributing to 24/7 neonatal care coverage.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives, mentorship programs, and ongoing professional development activities.
  • Provide empathetic support and clear communication to families throughout their NICU journey.

Qualifications:
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in Nevada.
  • Certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner by an accredited certifying body (e.g., ANCC).
  • Proven experience in neonatal intensive care, particularly with high-frequency ventilation, iNO, and cooling therapies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with rotating shifts.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a compassionate approach to patient and family care.

Benefits & Career Development:
  • Competitive salary package with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (where applicable).
  • Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drugs.
  • Life insurance, AD&D, disability coverage, and flexible FMLA leave.
