Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Las Vegas, NV | Level-III NICU Specialist

- Location: Las Vegas, NV (657 North Town Center Drive)
- Start Date: ASAP or upon approval
- Duration: 13 weeks (with possibility of extension)
- Shift: Various shifts available; 8-12 hours per shift
- Hours/Week: 36-40
- Employment Type: Travel Contract / Per Diem
- License/Certifications: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (required)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in NICU setting
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note, this is a placeholder; competitive compensation discussed upon application)

- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based neonatal care to critically ill newborns in Level-III NICUs
- Manage complex neonatal interventions, including high-frequency ventilation and inhaled nitric oxide therapy
- Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization efforts
- Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric specialists across multiple sites
- Rotate through various hospital units, providing continuous 24/7 care coverage
- Support families through compassionate communication and education
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum 2 years NICU experience
- Proficiency in neonatal advanced interventions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
