Neonatal Nurse Practitioners – Level IV NICU

TEEMA is actively seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join a nationally recognized Level IV NICU in Central Ohio. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a premier, free-standing children's hospital known for clinical excellence and advanced neonatal care. New grads welcome!
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Reporting Structure: Reports directly to one of four experienced clinical leads
- Work Environment: Collaborative and autonomous with interdisciplinary team support
- Visa Sponsorship: Possible for exceptional candidates
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Master of Science in Nursing (required prior to start date)
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred
- Licensure & Certification:
- National board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- Ohio APRN license (required prior to start date)
NICU Overview:
- Level IV NICU with 130 total beds across multiple units
- Staffing:
- Day Shift: 8 NNPs + attending physicians
- Night Shift: 3 NNPs + attending physicians
Patient Caseload:
- Non-BPD Unit: 10–11 patients/day; up to 25 at night
- BPD Unit: 11 patients/day; up to 22 at night
