Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – New NNP Grads Welcome

Job Responsibilities
Manage acutely ill and convalescing neonates from admission to discharge in a supportive team-based environment.
All pediatric specialties represented, including ECMO, BPD, and surgical.
Opportunities to attend weekly neonatal and surgery continuing education seminars and monthly Neonatal Practitioner education series.
No transport responsibilities
Qualifications
Tennessee APRN licensure
NCC certification as an NNP
Working Hours
Skills
Proficiency in neonatal resuscitation (NRP certified)
Ventilator and respiratory support management
Prescriptive authority and pharmacology for neonates
Procedural competence, including intubation, central line placement, and lumbar punctures
Interpretation of lab results and imaging
