Perm Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology, west central FL

We are hiring a permanent Neonatology Nurse Practitioner in west central Florida!

Job details:

• Start: As soon as credentialled

• Average daily census: 12–20 patients

• Shifts types: Typically 16 hours, with potential for 24-hour shifts as the unit expands

• Neonatologist and MFM on-site support, along with a full spectrum of pediatric sub-specialists

• Not accepting new grads or locums; current experience is required

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher

• For NPs: Board Certified APRN with NNP specialty certification

  • (FNP, PNP, and other NP certifications cannot be accepted)
    

• For PAs: Board Certified through NCCPA

  • (Note if Neonatal PA training program was completed)

• Florida license or willingness to obtain

• Minimum 2 years of current work experience in Neonatology

• Clean malpractice/licensure history
