What You’ll Do
- Provide neonatal care within a Level-IIIB, Level-IIIA, and Level-II NICU settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver family-centered neonatal services
- Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and staff trainings
- Contribute to education programs, including a structured new graduate transition program
- Engage in patient and family education, utilizing Angel Eye and other support tools
- Support well-baby coverage and NICU family support programs at the hospital
What You Need
- Active Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license
- Valid Missouri or compact state license (preferred)
- New grads are encouraged to apply; clinical skills in NICU setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high standards of neonatal care and family support
