Location: Dallas, TX
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: Quick start highly preferred
Hourly Pay Range: $60.70 – $82.79 (based on experience and training)

Position Summary:
actively seeking Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join its high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. This position offers the opportunity to provide advanced care for neonates in a dynamic and collaborative hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 8–10 NICU patients per day shift and 20–30 per night shift
  • Perform neonatal procedures and attend high-risk deliveries
  • Conduct inpatient rounds and document in EPIC EMR system
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NNPs, Residents, Fellows, and Neonatologists
  • Provide coverage during night shifts and meet 72 weekend hours per 6-week schedule

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
  • Active Texas APRN license (or willingness to obtain)
  • BLS and NRP certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Minimum 3+ years Level 3 or Level 4 NICU experience (as RN or NP)
  • Clean license and malpractice history
  • Must be COVID-19 vaccinated
  • Reside within 1.5 hours of facility (relocation support available if over 100 miles away)
  • Not open to locums, 1099, or visa candidates

Preferred:
  • Ability to start quickly
  • NPs in Family, Adult, Pediatric, PMHNP, or Women’s Health specialties with NICU experience may also be considered
