- Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 1-6 patients per shift and 6 beds in the department. A facility is seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to provide 24/7 call coverage for a newly opened LDRP newborn nursery. Responsibilities include rounding on newborns each morning and being available for call throughout the shift.

Job Responsibilities
- Round on newborns each morning
- Manage 1–6 patients per shift in a 6-bed unit
- Ensure continuous, high-quality care for newborns
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted state licensure
- NRP certification required
- Experience in Level I or II nurseries preferred
Working Hours
- On-site clinical hours with additional beeper call as needed
- Flexible scheduling may be available

- Sound clinical judgment in both acute and routine neonatal care situations
