Permanent Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Neonatology

Join a dynamic team of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners in the heart of the Greater Phoenix area! We are seeking dedicated professionals to become part of our growing medical community, working alongside a team of 24 Neonatologists and 38 NNPs. This is a full-time position offering competitive salaries, relocation assistance, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care at three Level III-IV NICUs and two Level II nurseries, all affiliated with high-risk delivery services.
• Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver care for all infants in the NICU and assist in coverage for delivery services.
• Work evening shifts along with a Neonatologist in the Level III-IV NICUs.
• Ensure 24/7 coverage in Level II units with in-house NNPs and Neonatologists available for emergencies.
• Participate in a combination of 12 and 24-hour shifts tailored to individual and team needs.
• Attend deliveries as needed, sharing responsibility with Neonatologists.
• No transport duties required.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing (required)
• Board Certified NNP (candidates with FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications will not be considered)
• Arizona License (or willingness to obtain)
• Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
• 2+ years of experience as an NNP (highly preferred)
• DEA (must be acquired prior to start)

License and Certification Requirements:

• Must possess a Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Board Certified NNP required.
• Active Arizona License or willingness to obtain.
• Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days).
• DEA certification required prior to employment.
