- Location: Boise, ID
- Dates: May 2024 - Ongoing
- Practice type: Inpatient 31 Bed Level III NICU
- #of Beds/OR’s: 378 beds
- Shift times: 0630-1830 and 1830-0630
- Specific Dates Open: Flexible to provider availability. Currently need last 2 weeks of May, June 6-10 and 27-29, open starting in July
- Types of Cases: NICU cares for 250+ infants annually
- Unit offers conventional ventilation, iNO, HFOV, and jet ventilation for very early preterm, late preterm and term infants
- 1200 births per year in facility
- Responsibilities: attend high risk deliveries, facilitate NICU admissions, co-manage NICU patients with attending MD and well newborn nursery
- Staff on Shift: 24 hour OBGYN and Anesthesia. Perinatologist and Neonatologist available
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: Can get privs in 30 days for clean files
- Licensing: Prefer license in hand but can consider licensing for candidates with LOTS of availability
- Required Certifications/Cred Items: Must be Board Certified, Must have NRP and PALS. Must have DEA and CSR
