Schedule: 3 days a week, 12-hour shifts 7p-7a
Number of candidates needed: 1
What is driving the need: vacancy
Patient Volume: 10 deliveries per day & 11 triage per day
Certifications required: BC -CNM, VA License, DEA
Job Responsibilities
Procedures required: vaginal delivery, fetal monitoring/testing, obstetrical and limited third-trimester ultrasound, laceration/episiotomy repair, manual delivery of placenta, management/delivery of multiple pregnancy, evaluation of labor or ruptured membranes, fetal contraction stress testing, IUD insertion/removal, incision/drainage of abscess, vulvar/perineal biopsy or lesion excision, surgical first assist for C-section and/or tubal ligation, microscopy/wet prep
Skills Required: Prenatal care, women's health/family planning, labor management, vaginal delivery, fetal monitoring/testing, obstetric procedures, laceration and episiotomy repair, ultrasound skills, postpartum care, collaborative high-risk obstetric management.
