We’re currently seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established and supportive Primary Care practice with long-term staff and strong clinical support.

Compensation
- $125,000 - $150,000 based on experience
- Up to $30,000 annual bonus opportunity
Requirements: NP with a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, active Texas license, Federal DEA license, and 1–2+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine. Spanish bilingual required.
Job Responsibilities
• Order lab and other diagnostic testing and interprets results.
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
• Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical
history, and reports.
• Perform minor procedures
• Explain procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
• Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
• Promote health education in conjunction with other health professionals.
• Meet targets set by the government for specified treatments.
• Discuss and evaluate new pharmaceutical products with pharmaceutical representatives.
• Keep up to date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.
• Appropriately and timely document patient encounters.
Qualifications
• Current Texas medical license and Federal DEA license (required).
• 2+ years of clinical work experience
• Fantastic counseling and listening skills
• Superb organizational and time management skills
• Excellent decision-making skills and communication
