**Position Details:**
- Located in Stayton, OR - Salem 15, Portland 60m
- Full-time, permanent position
- Salaried Position

- Specializes in adult primary care with a focus on managing complex medical conditions and chronic diseases.
- The clinic serves an adult patient population with a broad range of health needs.
- You will collaborate closely with a team of physicians, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals in a supportive and collegial environment.
- Provide primary care tailored to the specific patient population of your assigned clinic.
- 40 hours a week.
- Participate in clinic-wide initiatives such as virtual care integration, quality improvement projects, and patient education efforts.
- Collaborate with a team that includes medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, Care Coordinators and community health workers.
**Job Qualifications:**
- Active Licensed PA or NP in the state of Oregon
- Current DEA License
- Current BLS or ACLS
