🩺 Position Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with experience in Psychiatry and/or Primary Care to support a residential treatment facility. This is an urgent need, and the client is reviewing candidates and scheduling interviews immediately.
⏰ Schedule
- Flexible schedule
- Up to 20 hours per week
- No on-call required
🧠 Responsibilities
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations
- Perform follow-ups and medication management
- Treat adult patients (18+) in a behavioral health setting
👥 Patient Volume
- ~8–10 patients per day
- Combination of inpatient and outpatient care
✅ Requirements
- Active Georgia NP license
- Board Certified (BC)
- DEA license
- BLS certification
⭐ Preferred
- PMHNP certification
- Dual certification in Psychiatry + Primary Care
- Behavioral health experience
