Coverage Needed
- ASAP for 3-6 months with option to extend or temp to perm option
- Full Time, Mon-Friday
- Interest in Locums to Perm a plus
- Schedule:
- Mon/Wed/Fri, 7a-3p
- Tues/Thurs, 10a-6p
Clinical Details
- Employee Health and Wellness Occupational Medicine Clinic. Triage and treat as appropriate, Primary Care/Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine for a Corporate Private Practice
- Physicals/Lab Draws
- Average of 10 - 15 Patients Per Shift
- Adult Patients Ages 18 and older
- Support Staff: MA's, 1 APP
- EMR: Cority, will train
Requirements
- Board Certified Required
- Active IN License Required
- Must have experience in Primary Care/Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine Settings, experience with workers compensation a plus
- BLS Required
- DOT Certification Highly Preferred (will consider providers willing to get DOT Certified)
- Drive In / Local Candidates only, no lodging, mileage reimbursement only
