Coverage Needed
- Start Date: 04-01-2026
- End Date: 05-29-2026
- Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays- 7am – 4pm; Tuesdays & Thursdays- 8am – 5pm
Clinical Details
- Focus on prevention, wellness, and maintenance of health in a clinic setting
- Evaluate, treat, and educate patients
- Develop treatment plans, perform testing, write prescriptions, and perform administrative procedures
- Support Staff: Collaborative work with medical staff, consultation, partnership, or referral as needed
- Worksite Setting: Clinic
- Scope of Work: Family Practice/Employee Health
- This is a 1:1 center
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Education: Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted WI License
- Certifications: Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire, NPI & DEA, Current National Board Certification
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Proficient in Phlebotomy
- Must have working knowledge of practical nursing
