Position Overview
A well-established healthcare group in central Washington is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its outpatient Internal Medicine team in Moses Lake. This is a full-time position in a higher-acuity practice setting, offering an excellent salary, bonus potential, and the opportunity to provide meaningful care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights

• Join a collegial team of 1 full-time physician and 2 APPs in an outpatient Internal Medicine clinic.

• Flexible schedule: four- or five-day work week.

• Manageable patient load: 15–20 patients per shift.

• Higher-acuity adult population with diverse clinical presentations.

• Team-based approach with strong collaboration across specialties.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $133,000–$154,000/year, plus RVU bonus potential.

What We’re Looking For

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Adult Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Palliative Care.

• Ability to obtain an active Washington State license.

• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
