Physician Services Group (PSG) is actively hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Post-Acute Care team in West Ashley, SC. This is a weekday-only role—no nights, no weekends. Perfect for NPs seeking a balanced schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and autonomy in a collaborative, physician-led environment.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with attending physicians, rehab staff, and specialists
Update families on patient status and help with discharge planning
Complete EMR documentation and billing (E/M coding)
Contribute to improved patient outcomes and long-term care quality
Qualifications
Active or eligible South Carolina NP license
Strong clinical decision-making and independence
EMR proficiency
Passion for geriatric and post-acute care
Working Hours
No nights/ weekends
