Hello there,
We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a premium locum opportunity at a well-established outpatient clinic in Southern California. This full-time role focuses on providing care to geriatric patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and those undergoing dialysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 1–2 years of relevant experience and hold active certifications including BC, BLS, DEA, and CAQH.
- Location: Upland, CA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Duration: 6 months with potential extension
- Start Date: ASAP
- Travel/Lodging: All-inclusive
- Support Team: Physician, MA, and Admin staff
- Interview Process: Virtual, typically within 72 hours of submission
