Job Responsibilities
Manage chronic and acute medical conditions for adult and elderly patients
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans under established protocols
Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to coordinate comprehensive care
Refer to specialists as necessary and participate in multidisciplinary care
Provide patient education and promote long-term wellness strategies
Accurately and promptly document all encounters using EMR
Participate in clinic planning, quality initiatives, and process improvements
May include participation in call rotations, including weekends and holidays
Maintain current BLS (CPR) certification
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Active Physician Assistant license with prescriptive authority in Washington State (by start date)
CPR (Basic Life Support) certification
Preferred:
Previous experience in adult outpatient medicine, geriatrics, or primary care
Working Hours
8-hour day shifts
No overnight shifts
