Role Overview
- Flexible full-time 5 day/week schedule
- Post-acute care inpatient setting
- On-call during the day Monday through Friday
- Day call weekend rotation
What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive primary care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized care plans
- Integrate and work closely with the IDT
- Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth physician
What We're Looking For
- Experienced clinicians
- FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
- Active Tennessee NP/PA license
- Active DEA
