Job Title: Locum Nurse Practitioner - General Medicine

Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in General Medicine in the vibrant city of Houston, Montana. This exceptional opportunity involves performing Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments for our nation's Veterans. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-time non-treatment Compensation & Pension exams and separation health assessments.
• Perform primarily interview-based assessments with some physical examinations, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
• Complete exams efficiently, including submission of reports and addendums.
• Work on a PRN basis, with the option to choose half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shifts.
• Coordinate administrative follow-up on medical opinions and diagnostics.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular issues.
• Own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products).
• AANP certification required.
• Active and unrestricted full license necessary.
• Willingness to undergo DMA training for certification.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Montana (MT).
