New Job Details – APP
Location: OR
Duration: April – Ongoing (potential for 2nd provider starting in August due to 2nd provider leaving on FMLE)
Reason for coverage: Providers out
Schedule: 2-4 weeks per month (FTE is preferred / highly recommended)
Shift: Monday – Friday 7.30a- 5p (3-4 days per week) -1hr for lunch (*9-hr guarantee)
Call: no call
Patient volume: 15-20 in clinic (2 patients per hour)
Scope: Outpatient Adult Medicine
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: Big Critical Access – level 3 trauma – Outpatient clinic
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified or Board Eligible with OR license (open to licensure) but not preferred
APP with extensive Adult experience, licensed / available
