OPEN POSITION:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care


SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per Week
- Option for 4 10-Hour Shifts
- No Weekends
- No On-Call
- No Evenings


COMPENSATION:
- $135,000 to $190,000 Annual Income
- $110,000 to $130,000 Base Salary, dependent on experience
- Monthly Bonuses ($2,000 to $5,000)

COMPANY PROFILE:
This multi-site healthcare clinic has been serving the local community for more than 20 years, providing full scope primary care. They currently boast a staff of 3 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members. Being affiliated with a local hospital, they have easy access to services for laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray, EKG, minor surgical procedures, and more. They are currently hiring due to growth.



POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is an outpatient primary care position in a satellite rural health clinic, seeing patients of all ages or an adult-only patient panel, based on provider preference.

Providers see an average of 22 to 25 patients per day and are supported by dedicated clinical assistants, with administrative time built into the schedule.

All work is within the area of standard primary care:

- annual check-ups
- follow-up visits
- physicals
- chronic disease management
- minor sick / injury visits

The practice uses an EHR.

The new provider will play an integral role in the healthcare of the local community and will be able to participate in community events such as health fairs, vaccination clinics, etc.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona NP or PA license
- DEA
- 1+ year advanced practice experience
- 1+ year primary care, urgent care, or related experience
