The NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Morrisania, offers patient-centered, personalized healthcare to adults and children in the South Bronx community. A team approach is taken to ensure that full spectrum health services are provided to meet every patient’s needs.

Responsibilities:

We are currently accepting applications or a full-time Adult Medicine- Nurse Practitioner at our Gotham Health/ Morrisania clinic.

  • This position is responsible for managing a primary care patient panel
  • Participate in system-wide performance improvement and quality management projects as needed
  • Work collaboratively with physician staff and members of the medical team
  • Provide education to medical students as required

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree - Nurse Practitioner

  • Current NYS License and registration as a Nurse Practitioner

  • Cultural sensitivity to a diverse and under-served patient population

  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required prior to hire
