- Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner
- ANCC/AANP Certification Required
- Managed care experience
- Prior Nurse Practitioner SNF Experience Required
- Evaluation & Treatment of Acute Issues for Long Term/SNF Patients
- Required: California License
- Monday - Friday
- Follow-up of non-critical calls, pages, requests for orders, lab results, etc. Call: 5-7 days per month (Phone Only)
- Respond to phone calls from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Thorough and accurate medical documentation of all visits
- Dictate discharge summary for skilled patients returned to care of PCP.
- Must have a DEA
- Appropriate coding and daily submission for billing
