- Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (In-person)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Employment Type: Locum/Part-time or full-time available
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont (or ability to obtain)
- Experience: Preferred, vent management and ICU experience helpful

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to codes and rapid response calls
- Manage adult inpatient and observation patients with varying acuity levels
- Assist with ventilator management and stabilization of critically ill patients
- Coordinate patient transfers and discharges with case management team
- Document care using Cerner CommunityWorks EMR and AI scribe support
- Support hospital staff during your shift, collaborating with ED and surgical teams
- Provide quality patient care within a friendly, community-based hospital environment
What You Need:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont (or eligible)
- Experience in inpatient, observation, or ICU settings preferred
- Strong clinical skills in stabilizing critically ill patients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
