The Opportunity
PRN nights and swings at a 346-bed HCA regional hospital — Louisiana's first verified Level II Trauma Center and the only one in Central Louisiana. Six to nine admissions a night, a physician on call every night, intensivists on codes, and a closed ICU. Pick the blocks that fit.
What You'll Own
- Six to nine admissions a night on a defined service.
- Swing or night pattern, in blocks you choose.
- A physician on call every night, with intensivists covering codes and RRTs.
- Regional specialty depth across 30+ specialties.
Must-Haves
- NP or PA with at least one year of acute-care hospitalist experience
- Louisiana license, or eligibility in process
- Willingness to treat all ages, including young adolescents
Nice to Have
- Trauma centre experience
- Availability for recurring blocks
- Meditech familiarity
