Job Responsibilities

• Provide general medical care to hospitalized patients
• Diagnose and treat various illnesses and diseases
• Examine patients upon admittance and coordinate their care
• Communicate and follow-up with patients' primary care doctors
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, lab work, and X-rays
• Answer patient questions about treatments

Qualifications

• NY State License
• AHA BLS, ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a similar setting

Working Hours

• Night shifts: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Clock in/out at shift start/end
• 30-minute lunch break required
• Overtime must be approved
