Compensation
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $68/hour to $76/hour (new grads $60/hour to $65/hour) PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k.

- CT Scanner (64 Slice) is dedicated to the ED
- A second CT scanner is located on the 2nd floor for inpatients
- Luminis Health SAIL Simulation Center Utilized for ED Nursing and Provider Education
- Labor and Delivery Unit to be built in 2028

Career Details
- The Lead APP’s primary responsibility is to care for patients by building highly reliable, high performing APP Clinicians who are part of the Physician-APP team to produce effective outcomes for their patients and the organization
- The Site Lead APP is responsible for providing leadership of all APP Hospitalist staff at a single hospital
- They collaborate with the Medical Director, hospitalist Physicians, nursing leadership team, and hospital medical staff to ensure the in-patient care delivery model achieves high-quality in-patient care that evolves to match the needs of the patients, the hospital, and the community
- As a leader they are accountable for creating an inclusive work environment, providing recognition, performance coaching and career guidance to the APP team and creating a pipeline of talent for the organization.
