Compensation
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $60/hour to $75/hour (new grads $60/hour to $65/hour) PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k
Hospital Details
Inpatient services span a broad range of primary and secondary acute care services. Outpatient services include rehabilitation, obstetrical/gynecological, sleep testing, cardiology, and additional care.
Hospitalist Service
- Daily Encounters: 114
- Staffing Model:
- 16-20 per Physician – 84 hours of Physician coverage daily
- 12-14 per APP – 36 hours of APP coverage daily
- EMR: Epic
- 14 Physician/8 APP provider hospitalist team
- Dedicated nocturnist
- Intensivists onsite until ~5 pm, then on call
- Procedures not required
- Open ICU
