- Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Patients per day: Average 29

Patient population/age: Adult/Geriatric (18-100)

Department description: 26 medsurg beds, 16 CCU beds, and 10 geriatric psych beds

Requirements: Active IN License, ACLS or BLS Required, DEA & CSR Required, Meditech Charting Experience, 2 Years of Experience Required

Credentialing Timeline: ~60 Days
