OVERVIEW
Private single specialty group is adding an NP-Hospitalist to its stable 7 on/7 off program at a community hospital this Winter.

PACKAGE
Year 1 Salary $170,000
Year 2 Salary 175,000
Benefits: Full Medical for entire family, PTO, CME, Retirement plan + Relocation

Job Responsibilities

• Average daily census for APPs can be as low as 5 up to 12/13 on the busiest days
• Start date: February 2026
• Staffing Model:
1 MD and 1 ACNP rounding per day 7am-7pm
1 Nocturnist 7pm-7am
Critical care app (ICU) helps with admission volume in the afternoon

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain NP license in Maine
• 1+ years experience preferred in Internal or Family Medicine
• NP-Certification & Master’s Degree
Acute Care Certification required by state of Maine

Working Hours

7 ON /7 OFF

Skills

Previous EMR software experience
Inpatient experience strongly preferred
