We are looking for a Nocturnist APP to join our Henry Community Health (HCH) Family! Join an organization that supports you as you build your career and fosters an environment for a great work/life balance.
- Full time
- Inpatient
- Experienced NP preferred but willing to take and train a new graduate
- 12 hour shifts (7pm-7am), 7 days on/ 14 days off, Tuesday through Monday
- Responsible for admitting, consulting, and cross coverage for the hospital
- Average number of nightly admits is 6
- Manage 10 bed ICU, 30+ bed PCU (med/surg, tele)
- High patient acuity, but have physician pager backup if needed; hospitalist director always available if needed
