Hospitalist APP Opportunity | Rural NY | New Graduates Welcome

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Hospitalist in a welcoming rural community. This is a great opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates eager to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care: evaluate, diagnose, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions

• Serve as a central point of contact, collaborating with nurses, specialists, and other providers

• Work shift-based schedules, including nights and weekends, ensuring continuity of care

• Respond to emergencies, stabilize patients, and arrange transfers when necessary

• Collaborate with the Emergency Department team for seamless patient management

• Maintain accurate documentation for patient care and billing purposes
