The Oncology Institute (TOI), a leading value-based community oncology practice, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospitalist Hematology Oncology team in Northridge, CA. TOI is one of the largest community-based oncology groups in the country, delivering compassionate, comprehensive cancer care in a supportive environment.
Position Highlights:
- Inpatient-focused role providing care to hematology/oncology patients
- Collaborate closely with oncologists and the multidisciplinary hospital team
- Manage admissions, daily rounding, and coordination of oncology care plans
- Monday–Friday schedule with rotating call

Ideal Candidate:
- Current NP license in California
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inpatient or oncology settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered cancer care
