This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:
  • June 2024 - Ongoing
  • Open Intensive Care Unit
  • Types of Cases: Indirect Laryngoscopy Intubation, Insertion and Management of Central Venous Catheters, Insertion and Management of Arterial Catheters, Moderate Sedation, Lumbar Puncture, Endotracheal Intubation and Extubation, Ventilator Management Including Readiness for And Administering Respirator Weaning/Oxygen Therapy and Extubation, Assessing Need for Intubation
    Insertion of Arterial Lines, Central Venous Lines Either Percutaneously or By Cut Down
    Chest Tube Insertion,
    Tracheostomy care including tube change,
    Arterial Line Insertion and Removal (Radial and Femoral), Line Placement, External Pacing Including Adjusting Temporary Epicardial, and Transvenous Or Transcutaneous Pacemaker as necessary management of Tension Pneumothorax in Emergent Situation
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 0 to 30 days
