Who You Are:
A motivated, patient-focused APRN/CNP ready to take your advanced skills to the next level. You thrive on hands-on care, collaboration, and making a real impact on patients’ lives.

Your Credentials:

  • Master’s (or higher) in Advanced Practice Nursing

  • Oklahoma RN & APRN Licenses + Specialty Certification

  • Prescriptive Authority Recognition

  • 0–1 year of experience

  • Strong communication, patient care, and multitasking skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess, treat, and care for patients within your scope of practice

  • Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams for coordinated care

  • Document patient care, update medical records, and manage care plans

  • Perform exams, order and interpret tests, and recommend treatments

  • Educate patients to promote wellness and self-care

  • Initiate treatments and medications when appropriate

  • Help with supplies, safety initiatives, and quality improvement projects

You’ll interact with patients, colleagues, and external partners. Sometimes in person, sometimes over the phone. You’ll tackle non-routine situations with confidence, make on-the-spot decisions, and collaborate with leaders and healthcare pros alike.
