We are working on an exciting new opportunity with a growing healthcare company that is seeking Palliative Care Advanced Practice Providers in Yuma, AZ to work visiting patients at home. Notes/Qualifications:
-Full-time schedule in patient homes and occasionally virtually: Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:00 pm
-2+ years of recent experience working with patients in a palliative care setting (required)
-Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner; Masters in Nursing
-Active Arizona licensure
-Must possess reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the designated region to meet patient needs including in-home and clinic visits as needed
Pay flexible
*This is a full-time position*
