Hi!
I’m seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated hospice and palliative care team in the Dayton, OH area. This is a premium position requiring travel within a 50-55 mile radius of the Dayton location. Candidates must be comfortable working autonomously in patient homes, SNFs, LTCs, and hospice facilities.
Key Requirements:
- Active OH NP license
- Board Certified (AANP/ANCC)
- DEA, BLS (AHA hands-on)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Minimum of 2 years of recent hospice/palliative care NP experience
Schedule Options:
- 4x10s (Mon–Fri, rotating day off)
Start Date: ASAP (within 2–3 weeks of offer)
Contract Length: 13 weeks with potential to extend or go long-term
