We are hiring a Perm - Nurse Practitioner - Hospice - Pallative Care for a permanent position in Ohio!
Job details:
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Provide outpatient palliative care across home settings, extended care facilities, telehealth, and clinic visits
- Manage an average of 6–8 patients per day, depending on care location
- Practice autonomously in managing symptoms and chronic conditions
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified NP
- OH active state license (or willing to obtain)
- Experience as advanced provider in an acute care setting or with palliative care and hospice (NO EXCEPTIONS)
