Hello there,
I have a full-time opportunity for a Hospice/Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner in the Traverse City, MI area! ! If interested, please send your updated CV promptly for application submission. This position will be filled quickly, so don’t miss out!
Position Details:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as NP, preferably in palliative/hospice care/geriatric experience*
- Travel: Must travel to patient homes or SNFs, have a personal vehicle, and insurance
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 90 days with possible extensions or even go perm!
- Schedule: 4x10s - any 4 days Mon-Fri; the day off will be part of a rotating schedule with other NPs. Hours are 8am-7pm (1 hour lunch)
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.44/mile
- Patient Volume: 7-10 patients/day
- Orientation: 2-3 days
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: Discussed by phone only
- Malpractice Insurance: Covered 100%
- Paychecks: Weekly. Every Friday!
- Benefits: W2
