Hello there,
I have a full-time opportunity for a Hospice/Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner in Traverse City, MI! If interested, please send your updated CV promptly for application submission. This position will be filled quickly, so don’t miss out!
Position Details:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as NP, preferably in palliative/hospice care/geriatric experience*
- Travel: Must travel to patient homes or SNFs, have a personal vehicle, and insurance
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 90 days with possible extensions or even go perm!
- Schedule: 4x10s - any 4 days Mon-Fri; the day off will be part of a rotating schedule with other NPs. Hours are 8am-7pm (1 hour lunch)
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.44/mile
- Patient Volume: 7-10 patients/day
- Orientation: 2-3 days
