Details:
📍 Location: San Fernando, CA (must live within 20 miles of city center)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
💼 Type: Locums-to-Perm or Perm (Locums-to-Perm preferred)
💰 Rate: Discuss by Phone + mileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile
📅 Start Date: November 1, 2025-6 months with strong potential for permanent conversion
👥 Patient Volume: 3–7 patients/day
🖥 EMR: Athena
- Active CA NP license, BC, BLS, and DEA
- 2+ years of direct patient care as an NP
- In-home care and geriatric experience required
- Nephrology experience is a big plus!
- 100% Malpractice Paid
- Paid Weekly
