We are in need of a Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home assessments and virtual care for patients in eastern West Virginia. The role allows for meaningful connections with residents while experiencing the charm of cities like Martinsburg and the surrounding areas. Please see details below:

Details:
- Setting: Hybrid/Remote setting for patients with CKD or ESRD
- Schedule: M-F, 8am-5:00pm, No Weekends/No Call
- Start: ASAP
Required:
- Active WV state license
- Certifications: BC and DEA
- Open to candidates with 2 or more years of direct patient care experience
Compensation:
- Receive weekly paycheck
