Position / Schedule

  • Full-time

  • 4-day workweek

  • Monday is the regular day off

  • Approximately 15–20 patients per day

  • Patient-centered oncology/hematology environment

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Oncology/Hematology experience is preferred but not required

  • New graduates are welcome to apply

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to Oncology/Hematology patients

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

  • Manage acute and chronic health conditions

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate

  • Coordinate patient care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

  • Provide patient-centered care focused on quality outcomes and excellent patient experience

  • Participate in preoperative and postoperative clinical care when needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Work collaboratively with experienced oncology and hematology providers

Compensation & Benefits

  • New Graduates: $160,000 to 160,000/year

  • Base salary increases based on years of experience

  • Annual bonus, typically around $10,000

Weekend & Call Coverage

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

  • Current APRN/NP or PA license

  • Candidates with a pending license may be considered

  • Oncology/Hematology experience is helpful but not required

  • New graduates are welcome

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
