Coverage: As soon as credentialed - September 30, 2026
Location: Greenville, South Carolina
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Call: Tuesday, 4:30 PM–8:00 AM, Friday, 4:30 PM–Monday 8:00 AM
- On-site rounding every Saturday & Sunday
- Call rotation every 5–6 weeks
Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
Practice Mix:
- 65% Benign Hematology
- 35% Malignant Oncology
- Practice Environment
- Free-standing cancer center with a collaborative team of:8
- Physicians, 4 APPs
- Outpatient Volume: 15 patients/day
- Inpatient Rounding (Call Weeks): 20 patients/day
- EMR: EPIC
Scope of Work:
- Management of bone marrow transplant patients
- Blood bank coordination
- Ordering labs, imaging, diagnostics
- Prescribing & ongoing treatment management
- Chemotherapy is administered by oncology nurses
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
- Active South Carolina license (or willingness to obtain)
- BLS
- DEA
